To address the rigorous fire safety and thermal insulation requirements of high-standard buildings, we have developed high-performance Rock Wool Board featuring a "Dual-Density Structure." Compared to conventional single-density rock wool, our product features a dense, compression-resistant outer layer—ideal for receiving plaster, paint, or metal cladding—and a flexible, energy-absorbing inner layer that effectively fills structural voids and absorbs acoustic energy. 
This unique structural design boosts installation efficiency by 30% while significantly enhancing wind-load resistance and load-bearing capacity. Utilizing premium basalt as our raw material, we ensure the fibers are slender, uniformly distributed, and contain an exceptionally low level of slag inclusions, thereby guaranteeing a stable thermal conductivity over the long term (λ ≤ 0.034). 
The product exhibits excellent hydrophobic properties, remaining dry even during construction in rainy seasons. Whether for metal roofing systems or external wall insulation systems, we provide expert wind-load calculations and customized anchoring point layout plans.
