In dry-hanging construction projects situated in humid environments, the "chloride-ion corrosion" of cladding panels has long been a critical vulnerability. 
Our newly introduced, patented, chlorine-free Waterproof Backing Board technology offers a definitive solution to a persistent industry challenge: the tendency of traditional cement or calcium silicate boards to suffer from "salt efflorescence" and subsequently corrode metal mounting hardware. Through a deep-penetration waterproofing impregnation process, this product achieves an exceptionally low water absorption rate and outstanding dimensional stability; it remains free from delamination or expansion, even after prolonged water immersion. 
It serves as the ideal substrate for dry-hanging systems utilizing ceramic tiles, natural stone, or aluminum panels. Lightweight and easy to cut and fabricate, the board significantly reduces the physical labor required of construction workers. Beyond its waterproofing capabilities, it boasts superior fire resistance (Class A) and mold-resistant properties, acting as a reliable guardian for construction projects in basements, swimming pool facilities, and humid tropical regions.
